Our award-winning Chef and Managing Partner, Luc Jean, has an extensive background in the culinary arts. From a young age, Luc has been fascinated with the creativity and skill that goes into every appetizer, entree, dessert, and even the simple-but-unique pass-arounds.

Luc has trained in some extraordinary cities, including London, England; Tylosand, Sweden; Brisbane, Australia; and the southern regions of France. All of this training led toward instructing courses himself, and eventually becoming the Executive Chef at Mon Ami Louis, the restaurant on the bridge in Winnipeg, before joining WOW Catering.

Sitting down with Luc to plan your menu is a joy. He will help you choose the perfect options for a simple pass-around plate, or for a full seven-course seated dinner. If you don't see a menu item that interests you in our sample menus, simply ask Luc! He would be happy to make your dream a reality.
