Award winning Chef + Managing Partner, Luc Jean, guides a creative + professional team of culinary experts to ensure every menu detail is attended to. Chef Luc is always up for the challenge of creating new menu items, tackling a challenging dish or crafting a kitchen out of a tight space.

Chef Luc’s love of culinary arts began as a child and has led him to some extraordinary places including London, England, Tylosand, Sweden, Brisbane, Australia and the South of France and now to Winnipeg!  Chef Luc’s home in the WOW Hospitality family began at Mon Ami Louis where he was the Executive Chef. It was here that he recognized the need for restaurant quality off-premise catering.  Chef Luc’s experience also includes being a culinary instructor and a TV personality.

Kurt Marykuca, managing partner of WOW Catering has an extensive 25 year career in hospitality and culinary arts with 15 of these years being dedicated to catering.  He expertly heads all events at the Masonic Memorial and our extensive off-premise catering department where he provides unforgettable catering experiences.  Kurt is passionate about quality food at any location you can dream up – Lake of the Woods island weddings, curated home dinners, coordinated meal deliveries for your 500 person virtual gala or a corporate breakfasts on a bridge.  His attention to detail and flawless execution will keep you coming back to WOW Catering for all your catering needs.
